Property Inspect clients may reach out requesting a quote from you for repairs and maintenance needed at a property.
As a contractor you will receive and email requesting your assistance to provide a quote.
Click on the button within the email to access the RFQ.
RFQ Overview Information
The RFQ will include the following relevant information:
Your information,
The client requesting the quote's information including:
Name of the Company,
Email and phone numbers,
The address where the services needs to be rendered.
Quote Date - the date that you open/ submit the quote.
Due Date - when the quote is due.
Quotable Items
Below the overview you will see a list of items that needs to be repaired, including the what (tiles) and location (bedroom 1) needs to be repaired. The comment will provide additional relevant information in order for you to update the Amount column with a cost.
By clicking on the down arrow 🔽 button to the right of the table, you will have the ability to expand on the request and view uploaded photos for reference. (Click on the image to see the enlarged version of the photo.)
Add the cost excluding VAT to the Amount column for the repairs requested. Add the cost of all items included in the quote.
Adding Additional Items/ Costs
If you would like to add additional items, e.g. labour charges, call-out fees, etc. Please feel free to add an additional line item to the end of the table and updating the comments.

Updating VAT
If you are VAT registered, please click on the "Edit" option next to VAT and add/ update the VAT percentage.
Uploading Attachments
Upload any documents, terms or notes you want to share with the requestor in the attachments box.
Tip: Choose the "Save" option between uploads, if you would like to upload multiple documents.
Additional Comments or Notes
Below the attachments box, you will be able to add any free text information relevant to the quote.

Clicked on the Submit to Client button to share your quote.
