The logo uploaded to your profile is the logo used on the report cover, so it's important to upload a high resolution image.
To upload a logo to your account, click on the Settings tab on the top of the page:
On this screen you will see the option to choose your logo:
The logo will be uploaded to your account and when you see your new logo showing you can click Update Details on the right of the screen.
