Permissions

Your permissions for the Property Inspect app may be off. To turn your permissions on and allow photos to be taken through the app, please follow these steps.

For IOS Users Experiencing Camera Issues

Go to settings on your device, and then select 'Privacy', once this has been selected press on 'Camera'. If the toggle is showing that it is off tap it and it should move to on. The easiest way to tell this has been a success if by seeing the colour change from nothing to green.

For Android Users experiencing Camera or Photo Issues

On Android devices the permissions the app requires to allow access to the camera and photo library within the app are obtained upon download. Therefore, if you have this problem, please contact our team and we will put out a fix for this as soon as possible.

Disk Space

Your devices internal storage may be at full capacity. If this is the case, it will stop you from adding any more photos taken on your camera to your device. To check this isn't the issue please follow these steps.

Go to the settings menu on your phone. From there, select 'General' and when that menu pops up select the 'About' option. Once you are here there should be an option to view your available storage.
