Want to keep a PDF backup copy of all reports from your account? Once you integrate your Dropbox account with Property Inspect, a PDF copy of any inspection report that is completed, signed or updated will also backup to your Dropbox account.

Start on your web dashboard by navigating to your Settings tab > Integrations > scroll to find the Dropbox integration:

Click on Connect Dropbox > you will then need to sign in to your Dropbox account (or create a new account):

Once you sign in to your account, you will need to give permission for the apps to connect > click on Continue:

Click on Allow to give Property Inspect access to its own folder within your Dropbox account:

Once you click Allow, you will be redirected back to your Property Inspect account. If you navigate to your Dropbox account, under your Apps, you will now find a Property Inspect folder > here is where you will find your report PDFs.

If you need to disconnect this integration, head back to the Integrations tab, scroll to Dropbox and click on 'Disconnect Dropbox':
