Review Settings for Reports

As a quality assurance measure, Review Settings allows an inspection(s) to get reviewed by a Manager/Admin before completion.

Our new Review Settings feature gives you the ability to switch on the Review option for all inspections or specific inspections. This will allow the Manager(s) and/or Admin(s) on your account to review the work done on the inspection and provide feedback and guidance to your team so that the best quality is sent out to all parties. Once the team is happy with the reviewed inspection, it can then be marked as 'Complete' and be sent to all relevant parties.

The ability to switch the Review option for your team members is still available, and this new Review Settings gives you the chance to enable/disable the Review state for selected inspections.


How to enable the Review option on ALL reports:

  1. Navigate to your Settings tab on your online dashboard > Click on 'Reports' > scroll to the bottom and click on 'Advanced Settings'.

2. You will then see the option for 'Review Settings'. Enabling this will ensure that all inspections goes to the Review state before completion:


How to enable the Review option on SELECTED reports:

  1. On your online dashboard, navigate to the info page of the inspection that you want to enable/disable the Review option for > click on 'Settings' on the inspection:
