Adding Initials to Your Team's Profile

Add specific initials to the team member's profile for easy identification on your calendar.

To help manage your account calendar, our system automatically adds the initials (first letter of name & surname) of the team member to the inspection - example below:

However, we know that there are some teams so large that there may be more than one team member with the same initials (Eg. Kevin Samuel & Karen Smith).

You now have the option to add specific initials to the team member's profile for easy identification on your calendar.


  1. Navigate to the Teams tab on your web dashboard. Add a New User, or edit the details of an existing user. When you start typing out the name, the system will automatically input the initials:

  2. If you would like to customise the initials for a user, you can add up to 4-characters in the initials block:
