Integrating Property Inspect with SFG20 Facilities-iQ helps you automate maintenance planning and ensure compliance with industry standards.
The integration imports your SFG20 regimes and schedules directly into Property Inspect, keeping everything in sync and saving time across your maintenance workflows.

Getting Started

1. Go to the Settings tab on your Property Inspect dashboard, then open the Integrations tab.

2. Scroll to SFG20 Facilities-iQ and click Connect SFG20.

2. Add one or more share links by pasting their URLs and giving each one a clear label.

3. Click Connect to complete the initial setup.

If needed, you can update or modify your share links at any time under Manage Share Links.

Property Inspect will begin importing your SFG20 regimes and related data automatically in the background.

4. If you want your share links to stay up to date automatically, enable webhooks by toggling them on.

Click Save to finalise setup.

Managing Share Links

From Manage Share Links, you can:

  • Add new share links.

  • Edit existing ones.

  • Enable or disable webhooks for automatic updates.

💡 When webhooks are enabled, Property Inspect automatically imports updates as soon as they’re posted to SFG20, so your data always stays in sync.

Linking Schedules to Properties

Once connected, Property Inspect imports all SFG20 regimes and their related schedules.
This happens automatically in the background, so you can continue working while the data loads.

After the import is complete, you’ll see a notification in your account activity.
You can then begin linking schedules to your properties.

1. Go to the Properties section and select the property you want to link.

2. Open the SFG20 Schedules section within the property details view.

3. Imported schedules will appear in the table below.

Toggle the schedule to Linked to establish a connection between this schedule and your property for automated inspection creation.

4. Linked schedules automatically create inspections within this property from due tasks in your Facilities-iQ schedules. Click Save to confirm your schedule linking choices and apply them to the property.

5. An activity record will be created to notify the user that a schedule has been successfully linked.

ℹ️ When a schedule is linked to a property, Property Inspect automatically creates inspections for any SFG20 tasks due that day.

This process:

  • Runs daily in the morning.

  • Uses imported SFG20 data (no polling required).

  • Ensures your team has up-to-date inspections ready to start each day.

You’ll also see an activity notification confirming that an inspection has been scheduled.

Filtering Linked Properties

You can easily find properties connected to SFG20 schedules.

1. Go to Properties tab and tick the Linked with Integration filter.

2. Select SFG20 as the filter value.

Only properties linked with SFG20 will now be displayed.

Managing and Conducting Inspections

1. Go to the property’s Inspections tab to view all scheduled inspections.

2. Once a schedule is linked, the system reviews its tasks according to your SFG20 standards, and automatically creates corresponding inspections for the property.

3. Click an inspection to view or manage it.

Each inspection created from an SFG20 task will:

  • Be a standalone inspection.

  • Have the task name as its inspection title.

  • Include a section named after the task, with items generated from its steps.

  • Display a hyperlink to the original task and its smart words.

ℹ️ After a report is marked as complete in Property Inspect, task completions are recorded via the completeSharedTask mutation.

Completions are logged for each asset linked to the inspection, giving users full control over which work is marked as completed in SFG20 Facilities-iQ.

The inspector's name is also included in the metadata, ensuring a clear record of who completed the inspection in Property Inspect.
