Integrating Property Inspect with Survey Booker streamlines the inspection and booking process, allowing users to efficiently schedule property inspections while managing all related tasks in one platform. This seamless connection enhances productivity by reducing manual data entry and improving communication between teams, ultimately leading to faster turnaround times and better client satisfaction.
Getting Started
1. First, navigate to your Survey Booker account and retrieve the webhook URL (Survey Booker Settings > Integrations > Report writing integrations > Property Inspect):

To complete the set up, follow the remaining settings on the page to set which job types should be sent to Property Inspect and to pair your users and job types in Survey Booker with users and templates in Property Inspect.
2. On your Property Inspect account, navigate to the Settings tab at the top of your online dashboard >> click on the Integrations tab:
Scroll down to the Survey Booker tab and press the green Connect Survey Booker button:
2. Enter the Survey Booker webhook URL:
3. Once you connect Survey Booker in Property Inspect, return to your Survey Booker account. You will then need to use the access token (API Key) shown on your Property Inspect integrations page:
You will also need to paste the Property Inspect webhook URL into your Survey Booker account:
Once successfully connected, you will see the green banner under the Survey Booker integration:
💡 From the Survey Booker team
Based on your settings, jobs can be posted automatically to Property Inspect on booking the appointment or manually at any time by clicking on the Property Inspect logo in the 'What's next' section of the job record.
Syncing Reports to Survey Booker
Once you mark the inspection as Complete, the PDF copy of the report will sync back to the inspection's record on the Survey Booker side.
Click on this section to load a preview window where they can view or download the report (e.g. a customer calls up).
