Use this to flag whether the appointment has been confirmed with the relevant parties.
Note that if this option is enabled, appointment notification emails will be postponed until the inspection is confirmed.

Default setting for confirmation of inspection visit dates:
You can choose what the system should automatically default to once you schedule an inspection.
When should inspections be marked confirmed:
on 'Fetch' - the inspection will automatically be marked as confirmed as soon as the inspector 'fetches' the inspection on the app.
on 'Active' - the inspection will be switched to confirmed as soon as the inspection is marked on the system as Active.
