With our new Tenant Comments Summary feature, you can easily choose to display all the additional comments added by a tenant at the end of your report; giving the Contacts/Clients of an inspection to see all the comments added by the tenants at the end on the final report.
How to enable the Tenant Comment Summary option on ALL reports:
Navigate to your Settings tab on your online dashboard > Click on 'Reports':
2. Scroll down to 'Tenant Feedback' and you will have the option to enable/disable the Tenant Comments Summary feature:
3. All the comments made by the tenant on the report will then appear in its own section at the end of the report for easy viewing:
How to enable/disable the Tenant Comments Summary feature on SELECTED reports:
On your online dashboard, navigate to the info page of the inspection that you want to enable/disable the Tenant Comments Summary option for > click on 'Settings' on the inspection:
2. Scroll through the settings to 'Tenant Feedback' > you will have the option to toggle Off/On the Tenant Comments Summary for this specific inspection:
3. When enabled, any comments by the tenant(s) will then display at the end of the report:
