Property Inspect offers two interfaces:
Online dashboard (accessible via any browser)
Mobile app (available to download from your App store)
Where to Begin
Inventory Base is designed to streamline your end-to-end inspection and property reporting process, helping you create detailed, professional reports in a fraction of the time — without unnecessary admin.
To get started, log in to your Property Inspect account and take a few moments to configure your General and Report Settings.
These settings control how your reports look, what information is included, and how they’re delivered to contacts, ensuring everything is set up to match your business requirements from day one.
ℹ️ Setting this up first will make the rest of your workflow faster, smoother, and more consistent as you begin creating inspections and reports.
Download the Property Inspect App
Search "Property Inspect" on your device's App Store and press 'GET' when you've found the App. This will install it to your device. You might be asked for your iTunes password during install.
