You'll want to bookmark https://my.propertyinspect.com. That's your online Dashboard, where you manage your property inspections, team, clients, settings and reports.
Login with your account's email address and password. You'll use these details for logging in to both the online system and the App.
Get the Property Inspect App
Search "Property Inspect" on your device's App Store and press 'GET' when you've found the App. This will install it to your device. You might be asked for your iTunes password during install.
If you're using a newer model of smartphone or tablet we recommend installing Property Inspect 5, the latest version of the software.
If you need any help at all, whether you're just getting started with Property Inspect or are in full swing and are having trouble, you can ping us a message anytime right from your Online Dashboard or your Mobile/Tablet App.
Get Support When You're Mobile
You can also reach support from right within your Mobile/Tablet App. Just open up the left menu (It'll already be open if you're on a Tablet) and click on Help. A conversation window will appear to send us a message.
When you're done, you can just close the window and you'll be notified when we reply with a reply notification on the lower left of the screen.
If you've already logged off, our reply will go to the email address associated with your account.
