How to get started with Property Inspect

Get started with Property Inspect by following our step-by-step instructions to help you quickly set up your account and easily log in.

Welcome to Property Inspect! We're so happy that you're using our software to help your company achieve its goals, and we hope to make the journey as simple and easy as possible. This guide will walk you through the initial steps of setting up and logging into your Property Inspect account. Whether you are a new user or simply need a refresher, this article will provide clear and concise instructions to help you get started quickly and efficiently.

Property Inspect offers two interfaces:

โ€‹To log into your account, you will need your username (which is the email address you used to sign up for your account/create your profile) and the password that you created.


Logging into your online dashboard

We encourage you to bookmark the online dashboard's site to your browser: https://my.propertyinspect.com/login

Logging into your Property Inspect App

Search "Property Inspect" on your device's App Store and press 'GET' when you've found the App. This will install it to your device. You might be asked for your iTunes password during install.

If you're using a newer model of smartphone or tablet, we recommend installing Property Inspect 6.1.21-6, the latest version of the software.

If you need any help at all, whether you're just getting started with Property Inspect or are in full swing and are having trouble, you can ping us a message anytime right from your online dashboard:

Support via the App

You can also reach support from right within your Mobile/Tablet App. Just open up the left menu (It'll already be open if you're on a Tablet) and click on Help. A conversation window will appear to send us a message.

When you're done, you can just close the window and you'll be notified when we reply with a reply notification on the lower left of the screen.

If you've already logged off, our reply will go to the email address associated with your account.
