To setup an inspection to be carried out by a tenant, owner or a third-party that is occupying the property, you can assign a Self Service Inspection.

Click Add Property and either select or add the address.

On the Add Inspection screen, simply select 'Self Service Inspection' as the Inspection Type, you'll see fields appear to enter the name and email address of the third party.

Select a date and time this inspection should be completed by. You will still be able to invoice your client if required, but transcription options will not be available.

Enter any notes to the tenant, which they will see on their app. You can also send additional notes to the tenant using the Messages feature.

The tenant will receive an assignment email with login details and a link to guidance on how to complete the pre-formatted template.

If you wish to modify the default Self Service Inspection template, let your account manager know to enable this feature for you.
