If you are the account holder and need to update any of your details or email address, follow these simple steps.
Firstly, hover over your name on the top right hand side of the screen and select PROFILE
From here you can update your company details, workflow settings and email address.
Click Change Email to update your email address and will we send confirmation to the new email address to confirm the changes
Please note that the details added to your Profile page, do not appear on the front cover of the report. To update what appears on the report cover (for example Logo, email address and contact details), click SETTINGS from the top of the screen.
Here you will be able to update company details and general settings.
