The new Audit Trail feature allows you to display all the activity that took place for an inspection at the end of the report; this gives you the option to allow the contacts/clients of an inspection to see the exact activity for the report, i.e., exact dates/times of when an inspection was created, when and who conducted the inspection, etc.

How to enable the Audit Trail option on ALL reports:

  1. Navigate to your Settings tab on your online dashboard > Click on 'Reports' > scroll to the bottom and click on 'Advanced Settings'.

You will then see the option for 'Audit Trail' - toggle this to 'On' > display an audit trial of the activity and changes at the bottom of all inspection reports, on both the web report and the PDF.

If you 'Preview' or 'View Report' on any inspection, you will see the Audit Trail detailed at the end of the report:

How to enable/disable the Audit Trail option on SELECTED reports:

  1. On your online dashboard, navigate to the info page of the inspection that you want to enable/disable the Audit Trail option for > click on 'Settings' on the inspection:

  2. Scroll through the settings and click on 'Advanced Settings' > You will then see the option for 'Audit Trail'; toggle this to 'On' or "Off".

You will then enable/disable the audit trial of the activity and changes at the bottom of this specific inspection, on both the web report and the PDF.
