Purpose of this guide is to assist our customers with best practice tips and guidance to enable and prepare themselves to conduct NSPIRE inspections.
When logging into Property Inspect, the first thing you should notice is the 3 NSPIRE Inspection Types on your dashboard:
The official NSPIRE standards have been built into Property Inspect, along with the Inspection Score as defined by HUD.
Property Inspect allows you to inspect the three inspectable areas for NSPIRE:
Outside and Inside, on a parent-property or building level
Units, on the sub-units level.

Before conducting your first NSPIRE inspection, you need to import a Building and Units.

Mandatory fields include: Address line 1, City and Postcode. (highlighted in Red)
Please list the building, followed by the units associated with the building.
Optional Extras:
If you want to include the client, please include the client name and email address as minimum requirements.
Any additional information you would like added to the property, can be added in additional columns by adding a new column heading and adding the information to the CSV file.
