Each instance of Property Inspect has a unique secure link, enabling you to share the maintenance URL with external users and tenants.
Choose from a variety of ways to share the report, including:
Add the link to all Property Inspect emails.
Adding a button to your emails.
Adding the link to your website.
Sending the link to tenants at the start of a tenancy.
How to Enable the URL Link on all Email Communication
In order for the external maintenance reporting link to be added to all your emails, the feature has to be activated on your account.
Navigate to Settings > General > Inspection Settings > Include Maintenance Link in Emails.
Once the feature is activates, all emails sent from Property Inspect, will include a link at the end of the report, prompting a user to raise an issue if they need help with their property.
Where to Find the Reporting URL Link in Your PI Account
If you would like to add a button to your website or at the bottom of your emails, feel free to copy your unique external maintenance reporting link from Property Inspect, and paste it where needed.
Navigate to Properties > Actions > External Maintenance Reporting

To send your tenant a link to file their issues, navigate to the Property's Info page on your dashboard.
Click on the pencil icon above your contacts:
Go to the contact you want to provide the action reporting link to, and click on the three dots >> click on Send External Tenant Link:
Your tenant will then receive an email with the unique reporting link:
