Here's how to easily submit maintenance requests and report issues through a user-friendly link, allowing the ticket to be automatically logged and ensure quicker responses and enhancing communication.
Clicking on a General External Maintenance Link
When clicking on the general external maintenance link, you will be prompted to insert your email address in order to confirm that you are associated with a property in Property Inspect.
Check your email for a unique link to report a maintenance issue.
This allows us to ensure you are who you say you are. Once you receive this email, you will be able to file a maintenance request.
Select an action (e.g. Needs Maintenance) from the dropdown menu.
Specify as accurately as possible where the issue is located on the property.
Add a detailed comment.
Upload a photo.
