Simplify your inspection process with the Auto Assign Inspector feature, ensuring inspections are effortlessly assigned even when no clerk is manually selected. Experience streamlined workflow, reduced errors, and optimal resource utilization for a more efficient and organized dashboard.
1. Click on the Settings tab at the top of your online dashboard > click on Reports > scroll down to Advanced Settings.
2. Scroll down the list to the Auto Assign Clerk (Inspector) option.
3. Select the specific Inspector from the dropdown list that you want to auto-assign inspections to.
โน๏ธ Once you have selected an Inspector/Clerk, any inspections you create without assigning to a specific Inspector (at the time of creation) will automatically assign to that Inspector.
4. Toggle On the Skip auto assign if the clerk is not suggested by the automated recommendation system option.
The system will only auto-assign the selected default clerk if they are available at the scheduled inspection time.
If the clerk is marked as unavailable, the inspection will remain unassigned, allowing you to manually allocate it to another team member.
