PointClickCare allows you to optimize your business with a single cloud-based platform that connects your care, services, and financial operations. PointClickCare also has an eclectic online app marketplace, offering partner software solutions from hardware/software products for hospitals to senior living software.
You will need to contact PointClickCare directly to connect your PointClickCare account with your Property Inspect account and provide authorisation.
Once we receive the necessary information from PointClickCare directly, you will be able to access our integration features from inside Property Inspect.
Navigate to your Settings tab at the top of your online dashboard >> click on Integrations >> scroll down to the PointClickCare connect option:
Once you have integrated with PointClickCare, you will see the below options:
You can choose to immediately import properties / inspections from your PointClickCare by clicking the the quick tabs:
Import Properties: fetch rooms from your PointClickCare account and create them as Properties on Property Inspect.
Import Inspections: fetch Calendar events from your PointClickCare account and create them as Inspections on Property Inspect (you will get a banner at the bottom left corner of the screen when your inspections have imported successfully).

All your facilities from your PointClickCare will be displayed under the Settings
Part of the PointClickCare validation process, you will need to manually select each property/facility that you want to connect with your Property Inspect account.
Once you tick a property/facility, you will then able to select the events that you would like to import as inspections. Note - you will need to do this for each property.
