Integrating Property Inspect with Re-Leased makes it easier to share data, reducing manual entry and mistakes. This leads to better reporting and improved communication with tenants. Overall, it helps property managers work more efficiently and keep properties compliant.
Getting Started
1. Navigate to the Settings tab at the top of your online dashboard, and then click on the Integrations tab:
2. Scroll down to the Re-Leased software tab in the list of integrations and click on Connect Re-Leased:
3. You will be redirected to the Re-Leased Login Page.
Enter your username and password. If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, you may also need to enter a one-time passcode (OTP).
4. After logging in, you'll will need to grant Property Inspect access to your Re-Leased account:
5. If the connection is successful, you’ll be redirected to the Property Inspect integration page, where you'll see that the Re-Leased integration is marked as Connected:
❗Re-Leased automatically revokes access after one year, resulting in the integration being disconnected.
To maintain access, you will need to go through the connection steps again.
Importing Properties
Syncing properties from Re-Leased into Property Inspect streamlines property management by keeping all information up-to-date in one place. This saves time and reduces the risk of errors when managing property details.
1. To enable daily syncing of properties from Re-Leased to Property Inspect, turn the Sync Properties Daily option to On.
Thereafter, click on the blue Sync Properties button:
❗ When syncing properties from Re-Leased into Property Inspect
Exact Match: If a property from Re-Leased matches an existing property on your Property Inspect account in both address and property details, Property Inspect will update the existing property with the latest information from Re-Leased.
No Exact Match: If a property from Re-Leased is synced to Property Inspect but the address or property details do not exactly match any existing property in Property Inspect, a new property will be created in Property Inspect using the information from Re-Leased.
Properties added from Re-Leased will be highlighted on the property's information page.
Importing Contacts
Syncing contacts from Re-Leased into Property Inspect ensures that owner and manager information is always current and accessible. This simplifies communication and helps maintain accurate records.
1. Navigate to the Integrations tab on your online dashboard and scroll down to the Re-Leased settings.
Here's a summary of the contacts we import and what options relate to them:

2. Users can set their Notify, Deliver, and Signee options for both general contacts and landlord contacts.
Deliver completed report | The contact will be sent a copy of the completed report. |
Notify of appointment date | The contact will be notified of the appointment date and any changes made to the appointment date. |
Pre-fill signature details | The contact's signature will be required on the completed report, and they will be sent an email with the report for them to e-sign. |
Importing Inspections
Syncing inspections from Re-Leased into Property Inspect keeps your inspection records up-to-date and organised. This streamlines the inspection process and enhances overall property management efficiency.
1. To enable daily syncing of inspections from Re-Leased to Property Inspect, turn the Sync Inspections Daily option to On.
Thereafter, click on the blue Sync Inspections button:
💡 IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO NOTE
If an inspection's start and end time are both 00:00 UTC, the system imports them as Anytime inspections. Otherwise, the system will import the inspections with local start and end times.
Re-Leased automatically filters inspections. Only inspections occurring within the past 15 days and the next 15 days can be imported.
By default, Property Inspect applies a filter to only import inspections that are not yet completed.
Syncing PDF Reports to Re-Leased
Syncing PDFs back to Re-Leased from Property Inspect allows you to maintain comprehensive records in one system. This ensures all important documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
1. To enable syncing of report PDFs from Property Inspect back to Re-Leased, turn the Upload Report Deliverable option to On.
2. Once you mark your inspection as Complete on your dashboard, you need to generate the PDF for the inspection report to ensure it syncs with the associated inspection in Re-Leased:
❗ Re-generating a PDF will result in the latest version being uploaded to Re-Leased, even if the contents have not changed since the last generated PDF.
