Custom Emails Lite

Configure emails that are sent out to your Landlords and Tenants from your Property Inspect account.

Custom Emails Lite allows you to configure emails received by your landlords and tenants. This gives you the opportunity to include specific information on selected emails that are sent out by the system. Control the exact information communicated when notifying your contacts of the inspection, when a report is marked as Complete/Closed or reminding your contacts to sign a report.

✏️ How to customise your emails

Navigate to the Settings tab at the top of your online dashboard > click on Emails:

Choose the email you want to customise and click on the blue 'Edit':

πŸ’‘ You have a choice to update the 'Default' email from the system, or choose to create your own 'Custom' email.

You can choose to include email tags when customising the email - these placeholders will automate data and prepopulate information such as the name of the recipient, the address of the property, etc. You can add as much or as little information as you like.

Click on the 'i' icon next to the email tag to see an example of how the email tag will display in custom email:

Click 'Save' on the bottom right of the page once you have finished customising the email:

Click on 'Preview' at the bottom left of the page to preview how the email will look when sent to the recipient:
